Gain More by Losing It is a 12-week health & wellness mentorship program that is rooted in lifestyle and behavior change science. This isn't a quick fix. This is a mental and physical transformation with results that go far beyond the scale.

What's included:

  • 12 week mentorship program - I’m not just showing/telling you how to do it, I’m doing it alongside you. This takes the guesswork out of the process.
     

  • 110% support through the entire 12-week process. I equip you as you implement every step of the way. This includes nutrition label reading, grocery shopping suggestions, pantry clean-up ideas, Sunday meal planning & prep. We also go deep by creating excuse lists, daily/weekly challenges, overcoming those obstacles, if/then plans - all via PDF docs & videos.

  • One-on-One Weekly Check-In calls to talk through your progress & answer any questions coming up for you, also great if you just need motivation. Email/FB Messenger support 7 days a week!

  • Nutrition & exercise suggestions & reviews so you don’t have to guess on anything regardless of the situation. All you have to do is reach out and I will walk you through it, all about interpretation & implementation of all the info that’s out there & so hard to understand.

What should you know about my health coaching pricing?

My program is customized for each individual, so pricing will also be customized.​

What is my typical process for working with a new client?

Discovery call first - to make sure we are a good fit & I can help you with your goals (weight loss, healthy habits, improve overall health, gain energy, etc). If we move forward, after payment is received, I send a welcome invite to the app I use with all the steps to onboard. From there, we set up our first onboarding call & get you started. We will then have weekly zoom calls for the full length of your program!

What education and/or training do I have that makes me an expert?

I have spent over 28 years in the Fitness & Health industry, teaching group fitness, including Yoga, Spinning, Barre, PiYo, REFIT, Muscle Definition and more, at many different venues, in multiple states and Mexico! I am also a certified ACE Health Coach, NAFC Nutrition Coach and HMCC Mindset Coach!

How did I get started doing this type of coaching?

As a fitness instructor and personal trainer for the past 28+ years, I've watched women struggle with their health & wellness goals. They work so hard but do not get the results they desire. I wanted to help them focus on consistency vs intensity. I wanted to help them stop "punishing" themselves for eating "bad" foods. I want to teach them how to live an 80/20 lifestyle!

What types of clients have I coached in the past?

Women only, all ages, all fitness levels with a range of weight to release.

What advice would I give a potential client looking to hire a health coach? 

Don't fall for another fad diet. Don't fall for another "quick" fix of losing 20 lbs in 5 days. It doesn't work. It's not sustainable. It's wrecking your metabolism. And it's not healthy! Look for a sustainable solution that will create sustainable results!

What questions should you ask other health coaches when looking into their programs?

What is different about your program? How is your program different from all the other weight loss/health & wellness programs out there? How will your program create true lifestyle change for me? are you certified? how long have you been coaching?
